Agnes vokste opp hos sin onkel og tante, Andreas og Kirsten Johansen, på Marienborg (207-4) i Åsen. Bildet er trolig tatt på Marienborg. Se Bygdebok for Åsen bind 2, s. 438. Agnes og Bernhard Bakken bosatte seg i Melhus.
