Nathalie Rothstein, Victoria and Albert Museum, som besøkte NF. hausten 1966 og som er spesialist på silke, skriv i brev av 27. oktober 1966 at: The silk was woven in Spitalfields in 1755 from the design by Anna Maria Garthwaite (Victoria and Albert Museum NO 5990. 12 dated 1755. Neg. No. FD 1268) - There is another version in the National Museum in Copenhagen: W 780/212 - 1928 but this differs from our design in several details. Aa. N. 1966. Se store formater.
