Text in English: A sculpture representing a male figure with a laurel-wreath. The face has a wrinkled forehead, a broad nose and a short beard. The figure is wearing thorax armour with a shoulder decoration in the form of a lion''s head. The mantle hangs down from the back and is draped round the neck and secured on the right shoulder. The figure''s head faces foward while the body is turned a little to the left. The right arm is held slightly bent in front of the stomach and the hand grips the hilt of a sword. The left arm, also slightly bent, is at the side with the hand holding a ball or spere. The weight of the body is carried equally on both legs. The figure stands on a plinth, decorated with a grotesque mask with a wrinkled forehead and broad nose. Below the mask there is a label with the name TUS. The upper part of the back extends obliquely upwards in a "head board". The head board is shaped like a powerful bulge, slightly ornate, with rolled up ends. The back of the sculpture has two obliquely placed flat surfaces of different depths that are areas of attachment. The flat surfaces make the sculpture look like a step-ladder in profile. The blade of the sword is missing, otherwise the sculpture is very well preserved.
