Text in English: A sculpture representing a male figure with a clean-shaven face, wearing a laurel-wreath. The figure is wearing thorax armour with the mantle draped over the chest on the left and fastened with a buckle on the right shoulder. The figure''s torso and legs are facing front while the head is turned slightly to the left. The left hand, which is carved from the same piece of wood as the torso, holds a purse. The figure rests on the right leg, while the left leg is bent and held a little to the side. The figure stand on a plinth decorated with a grotesque mask with a broad label placed just below the mask''s nose. The label has a name inscription which is illegible in parts. However, on the right hand side are the letters DIUS clearly visible. The upper part of the back extends obliquely upwards in a powerful "head board" which has a profiled bulge with rolled up ends at the front. The back has three obliquely placed flat surfaces of different depths that are attachment areas. The flat surfaces make the sculpture look like a step-ladder in profile. The sculpture is well preserved, particularly the figure''s face. The right arm and most of the left arm are lost.
