Okkupasjonssamlinga:
Okkupasjonssamlinga består av gjenstander knyttet til andre verdenskrig og den tyske okkupasjonen av Norge. Hovedfokuset er krigshandlingene april 1940, motstandskamp og hverdagslivet i krigsåra 1940-45 i Nord-Østerdalen. Samlinga består i hovedsak av gjenstander samlet inn til Okkupasjonsmuseet i Tynset, drevet av Nord-Østerdal Forsvarsforening.
Årsmøtet til Nord-Østerdal Forsvarsforening vedtok i 1994 at foreningen skulle samle inn materiell og effekter fra krigen og bygge opp et okkupasjonsmuseum for distriktet. Innsamlingsarbeidet ble utført av en valgt komite bestående av én person fra hver kommune. Foreningen fikk disponere et hus i Museumsparken på Tynset, Klengstua, og lagde i samarbeid med daværende Nordøsterdalsmuseet en utstilling til frigjøringsjubileet 1995. Okkupasjonsmuseet åpnet 9. nov 1996 i forbindelse med Heimevernets 50-årsjubileum. Samlingen er dermed i all vesentlighet skapt av lokale forsvarsentusiaster.
Okkupasjonssamlinga ble overtatt av Anno Musea i Nord-Østerdalen i 2018. Den har i åra etter hatt en viss tilvekst med intensjon om å dokumentere også andre sider ved krigsåra i Nord-Østerdalen.
