Mosse Fridolf was a folk musician, instrument maker and boatbuilder on Singö Island in Roslagen. He learned to built boats from his grandfather, one of Singö's finest boatbuilders. From 1984 to 1988, the Swedish National Maritime Museum had an exhibition called "On Tarred Keels" about historic working boats. It explained boatbuilding with tools, wood and other materials from Mosse Fridolf's shop.
