Additionally, the distance between the wires was greater to provide better sound quality.
The line course was restored in 1996.

About the object
aboutBjåen linjekurs er ikke bare en rikskurs, men også en høyfjellskurs. Det innebærer blant annet at den er svært solid laget, med ekstra grove jern. Linjekursen skal kunne stå imot ekstreme snøforhold. Dessuten er avstanden mellom trådene stor for å gi bedre lydkvalitet. Linjekursen ble satt i stand i 1996.
