Denne telefonmodellen ble produsert av Elektrisk Bureau fra 1890 - 1898 i minst fire varianter, bl.a med to sveiver slik at den kunne brukes fra en dobbeltsidig kontorpult. Modellen ble produsert på bestilling til 1930-årene. Det antas at det finnes ca. 20 av disse apparatene i Norge. Dette står i boken "Telefonen - Telefonapparater i Norge 1880 - 2000" - utgitt av Norsk Telemuseum i 2000
