Bilden har tagits i samband med kulturhistorisk karakterisering av Eriksbergskyrkan, Uppsala janauri 2008.
Eriksbergskyrkans inre är utformad som en s.k. pseudobasilika, dvs en hallkyrka med förhöjt mittskepp. Sidoskeppen är låga och skiljs av från mittskeppet med vitputsade fyrkantiga pelare. Mittskeppets bildar ett högt, mjukt rundat trävalv klätt med svagt vitlaserad granpanel. Innerväggarna var från början tänkta att vara av rå betong, men gjutningen misslyckades i vinterkylan och väggarna putsades i stället med samma spritputs som användes på utsidan. Väggen mot Stadsskogen och Norbyvägen i öster är sluten och mörk medan väggen mot den kringbyggda innergården i väster är försedd med stora fönster med olikfärgat, blyspröjsat "antikglas". Golvet är tegeltäckt. Kyrkbänkarna i två rader har en stram, enkel form i klarlackad furu. I koret i söder står altaret på ett förhöjt podium av tegel. Altarringen har en lätt och genomsiktlig form av smide och ek. Knäfallet är klätt med ett grönt tyg. Altaret är byggt med en bred bas av huggen granit på vilken en tjock altarskiva av sågad granit placerats.
