Detta slags kanoner götos huvudsakligen för Norge. Kanonen är krigsbyte från Fredrikstad i Norge år 1814 och fördes sedan jämte tillhörande lavettage och laddtygsattiralj till Kristianstad samt därifrån, sedan lavettage och attiralj under tidernas lopp blivit förstörda, år 1879 till Stockholm. Generalfältygmästaren frih. C. von Cardell lät föra godset till Kristianstad, enär han ämnade anställa försök med det, vilket dock aldrig kom till utförande.
Varje norsk infanteribataljon hade med två 1-pundiga amusetter (regementskanoner) i början av 1800-talet.
