  • KERN DKR REDUCTION TACHYMETER for use with STANDARD VERTICAL LEVELLING STAFF.
The DKR Diagram Tachymeter with Curved Stadia Lines for Height & Distance measurement went into production in 1939. This was the forerunner of the K1-RA being in the same distance accuracy class and using a standard measuring staff. Based on the DKM-2 series chassis originally designed by Heinrich Wild as a design consultant to Kern Aarau. Largely similar in classification to the Zeiss Dahlta, Wild RDS, Fennel Fenta, MoM TA-DI, Opton RTa-4

  • This variant of the DKR is the DKRM (1946) with an optical micrometer introduced due to user resistance to the DKR circle reading system.
