Bildene er tatt av Svein Roger Reberg som var ansatt i Elko fra 1995 til siste dag. Han var teknisk leder og vedlikeholdsansvarlig på plastavdelingen de siste årene. Som aktiv amatørfotograf påtok han seg også å dokumentere fabrikken en søndag kveld, når slike opptak kunne gjøres med stillestående maskiner og uten folk.
Fabrikken hadde to etasjer. 1. etasje inneholdt resepsjon og møterom, garderober og kontorer, teknisk verksted og verktøyavdeling samt en avdeling for mottak og klargjøring av eksternt produserte deler og noe manuell montasje, som de siste årene var redusert gjennom outsourcing.
Dokumentasjonen er gjort i fabrikkens hovedproduksjonshall i byggets 2. etasje, som inneholdt råvarelager, plaststøpeavdeling, sone for bryterdeler, sone for brytermontasje, sone for vanntett sluttmontasje, sone for enkle stikk sluttmontasje, sone for doble stikk sluttmontasje, sone for deler til stikkontakter, sone for bokser og pakkesone samt ferdigvarelager. Se kart. Bildene kan stort sett identifiseres ut fra maskinnummer på kartet. De skraverte områdene er oppstillingsplasser for bakker med deler som skal mates inn i de ulike montasjemaskinene.
