Finnmarken avis har gitt bildene til Fylkesbiblioteket på 1990-tallet. Vi vet ikke så mye mer om dette. Om samlingen: Brødrene Arne og Ragnar Karlsen startet fotoforretning/atelier (før krigen) i Kirkenes. Vi eier deler av samlingen. Resten finnes i Sør-Varanger museum.
