Den ukjente er matros Uno Olsen fra Hvaler. Også kapteinen var fra Hvaler. Bildet er tatt tidligere enn 1951, da D/S Nesodtangen ble ombygget til M/S, og det store rattet ble erstattet med et lite et i forkant av styrhuset.
