Portrett av Jan Herian. Pelslua var en del av "uniformen" til tsjekkerne i Organisation Todt.
De tsjekkiske tvangsarbeiderne i Organisation Todt var involvert i tyskernes anleggsarbeid på Trondenes. Arbeiderne var innkvartert i brakker i den søndre delen av OT-leiren ovenfor Laugen, i området som senere ble kjent som "Finnmarksbyen".
This photo is one of several hundred collected from the descendants of Czech forced labourers in Norway. This was achieved in a collaboration between their families, the Museum of the Boskovice Region, the Charles University in Prague and Sør-Troms Museum.
